 The cottage is located within the grounds of Broadness Farm at Scarness.
The grounds at Broadness run all the way down to Bassenthwaite lake
shore and the Hodgson family, who own and run the farm, allow visitors
to the cottage full access to the lake over their land.
Broadness self catering cottage has private parking directly outside
